Where is my order?
Please allow up to 3 days processing time for all orders before they’re dispatched. If you’ve ordered a pre-order item it can take 1-3 weeks to arrive but you will be updated. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll be notified.
How long do pre-order items take?
When items are out of stock/low stock levels, they’re marked as a pre-order item which means it’s in the process of being restocked. Pre-order items usually take up to 10 days but some take 1-3 weeks.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds but we do offer store credit. If you’d like to return your item please make sure it’s in the original condition and packaging. If the item has any stains or odours, it will not be accepted.
